Advanced Flexo will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on any information on or software downloaded from this site, whether or not it results from our negligence, so please check any information and test any downloaded software carefully. This statement is subject to applicable law, and does not affect any liability Advanced Flexo may have under UK law for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

Advanced Flexo will not in any circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including (as non-exclusive examples only) business interruption or loss of profit.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Advanced Flexo does not automatically collect or capture any personal data (that is, information about people whom we can identify) about visitors to this site, except that their IP addresses may be automatically logged by our web server. We do not use cookies. Where we invite you to enter personal information, our general policy is to ask only for what we need and to use it only for the stated or obvious purposes for which it was collected (for example, to send you a brochure or press release at your request).

If we indicate that your personal information may be used for general (including direct) marketing purposes, we will give you the opportunity to withhold your permission for that use and respect your wishes. If you do not indicate any objection, your information may be made available to our computerised customer management system. It will then be used to contact you with information about products and services we think may be of interest to you, as well as for adapting our products and services to your requirements, for market research and planning purposes, and for any other purposes for which it was expressly or obviously collected.

Software Downloads

Unless otherwise indicated, Advanced Flexo or its associate companies own the copyright in all software available for downloading from this site. You may not use any downloaded software unless you accept the terms of the licence agreement applicable to it, which will be displayed as part of the installation procedure.

Software can be corrupted in transmission and use of any such software is at your own risk.
