Adflex Direct range of machines as well as servicing the Luescher FlexPose! Direct range.

Advanced Flexo is the only service provider who is completely involved in the manufacture and development of the technology and machines. Our expertise covers the areas of high-powered lasers, optics, mechanics, electronics and software.

Telephone Support
For our account customers, first line support is provided by telephone with a direct line to our engineers. In most cases this is as much as needed with over 80% of issues able to be resolved
by telephone.

Field Service
If our in-house Technical Support Staff are unable to troubleshoot your problem over the phone, they will recommend that you arrange a visit from a Field Service Engineer.

Emergency Breakdown
Our Field Service Engineers have been extensively trained and have several years experience to handle challenging problems in the field. We will try our best to be on site within 48 hrs, providing flight schedules and parts availability permits.

Planned Maintenance & Service
Unplanned breakdowns and failures can be expensive and lead to increased direct and indirect

Covers 1 annual major service, 1 annual minor service, spares and consumables discounts, discounted emergency rates, telephone support and remote diagnostics.

Topaz Cover
Covers 1 annual major service, 1 annual minor service, discounted emergency rates and telephone support.

Advanced Flexo can offer to upgrade your existing laser system, ranging from software upgrades to complete laser replacement. We have several years design and development experience and our laser expertise covers the majority of high-powered infrared lasers.

Training
Training can save you time, money and downtime. To help you to get the best out of your machine, Advanced Flexo can provide you with a range of applications training. We cover the areas of Flexo, Dry-offset and Letterpress sleeve and plate production.
