Advanced Flexo Technology Limited (Advanced Flexo) was founded in November 2006. The primary objective of the company was to manage the transfer of the European based manufacturing of the Luescher/ZED direct engraving laser to Fukui, Japan. This followed the acquisition the technology, manufacturing and marketing rights by a consortium of Japanese companies.

Advanced Flexo is management owned and our main focus is to direct the global sales and marketing (outside of Japan), technical support and the product development of the Adflex Direct range of products. Our objective is to make direct engraving a competitive and simple to use pre-press technology for flexo, letter press and dry offset plate production.
